The Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult (ORE Catapult) is one of a number of Catapults set up by Innovate UK to accelerate the deployment of innovative technology in the UK.
ORE Catapult is the UK’s leading technology innovation and research centre for offshore renewable energy. They are delivering the UK’s largest clean growth opportunity by accelerating the creation of growth of UK companies in offshore renewable energy.
ORE Catapult is creating an operational presence in Pembroke Dock, South West Wales, which will deliver a range of activities supporting the Welsh and UK supply chains. They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the RDI team to work on the following high profile projects:
- The Marine Energy Engineering Centre of Excellence (MEECE). MEECE will work with Welsh universities and with the Marine Energy Test Area (META) to deliver innovative projects on behalf of Welsh companies, to demonstrate, verify and validate new technologies.
- The Milford Haven Energy Kingdom project, which will design and trial integrated local markets for hydrogen, to pave the way for the national energy infrastructure along the Milford Haven Waterway to transition to a renewables-hydrogen future.
