Project Coordinator
Bombora is seeking an energetic and charismatic Project Coordinator to help drive our highly innovative
marine energy project. This role will require knowledge of project management systems, great people
skills and will be based out of our recently established Pembroke Dock offices. Responsibilities include:
- Support the Project Manager in the day to day management of the team ensuring project monitoring, maintenance and scheduling to prevent slippage;
- Maintaining the project cost control system, work package reporting system and contracts management systems;
- Lead the project Risk Management Process and system for document management.

Finance Manager
Bombora is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager, with experience of working in small innovative
companies, to be based out of its recently established Pembroke Dock offices. This role will lead the
finance team and will provide critical support to the engineering team as they strive to deliver the first
full scale mWave device. Responsibilities include:
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, & GL, Cost Accounting, and Revenue
Recognition; - Overseeing payroll processing, regulatory reporting, monthly financial statements and cash flow tracking;
- Supervision of Bombora’s bookkeeper;
- Ensuring compliance with government regulations and legislation including preparation of financial information to support government grant applications.
- Oversight of information systems and office services to support the activities of the business.
