Marine Energy Wales is currently hiring for a Project Manager (Maternity Cover) to join our Pembrokeshire-based team.
Marine Energy Wales, along with Marine Energy Pembrokeshire, are projects run by Pembrokeshire Coastal Forum (PCF). The successful candidate will work closely with the PCF team to manage and deliver marine energy related projects. This will include Welsh sector priorities set out in the Marine Energy Wales business plan, as well as regional activities through Marine Energy Pembrokeshire.
An example of current and upcoming projects that this role will be focused on include a marine energy supply chain study and the development of Marine Energy Test Areas (META) as part of Pembroke Dock Marine, a £76 Million Swansea Bay City Region Deal.
Established in 2000, Pembrokeshire Coastal Forum (PCF) is a Community Interest Company that has sustainable development of the coast at its core. With that aim we originate, manage and deliver marine related projects for the community, public, private and third sectors. Pioneering work has included creation of a Marine Code and Outdoor Charter for Pembrokeshire and an online Wales Activity Mapping tool used to inform sustainable development nationally together with the inception of Marine Energy Pembrokeshire in 2010 and Marine Energy Wales in 2016.
