New tidal lagoon development guidance has been released by National Resources Wales.

It provides an overview of the key environmental implications of tidal lagoon development in Wales. 

Use it to inform your environmental assessment to accompany a marine licence application. 

It sets out: 

• possible environmental effects and the marine receptors most likely to be affected 
• the key consenting risks from an environmental perspective
• our other responsibilities which may have implications for tidal range development
